The CEO Development Program is part of CFC’s Executive Leadership Series. Hosted in partnership with University of Idaho Executive Education, this program equips new cooperative CEOs with the skills, tools, mindset and network to be more effective cooperative leaders. Offered free of charge to newer CEOs, this three-day program will focus on helping participants:
· Better understand the trends shaping the energy landscape and how to address them.
· Build a high-performance culture.
· Foster a productive relationship with the board.
· Manage risks to ensure the cooperative’s goals are achieved.
· Develop a nationwide network of peers and seasoned CEOs.
Participants will leave this program better prepared to face the challenges on the horizon for themselves and their cooperatives and will receive accredited Continuing Education Units through the University of Idaho.
